At Christmas we connect with the ones we love. But what if you are a child with a parent in prison—feeling lonely, abandoned and hurt?
Through Angel Tree, you can connect a child with their parent behind bars and offer joy and hope to a prisoner’s family by providing a Christmas gift, given in love, on behalf of their
Names (Angels) and suggestions for gifts will be displayed on the Angel Tree in the Lobby on Sundays, November 12 and 19.
Pick a name, purchase and wrap the gift, and return it to the Lobby by Sunday, December 10. Be sure the tag is included on the gift.
FBC family is also welcome on
Saturday, December 16, 6:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room for our Annual Angel Tree Christmas Party where we will distribute the gifts to the
children and the caretakers.
If you would like to help with food items for the Christmas Party, sign up in the Lobby or contact Betty Keener 541-890-8500.
